PRODUCT GUIDE

Thank you for purchasing our product! We understand that each pet's condition may vary, this guide serves as a general FAQ and we encourage customers to check with our team on IG for more detailed guidance if required. Before we get started to identify condition(s) and its recommended application, please read this:

  • The product should only be used on its own - both the solution and Hydrogel have been formulated by precisely calibrating both electrolyzed water and colloidal silver nanoparticles to achieve advance tissue care, skin penetration and anti-microbial effectiveness by eradicating disease-causing germs and providing the micro-environment essential for accelerated healing.

  • The product should only be used when the affected area is dry - tap water and pet wipes for example, may affect the parameters of Pets Truly's solution and Hydrogel, altering the mechanism of action. This may cause a reduction of effectiveness and in some cases, even inactivation of its intended properties.

  • The solution should be in direct contact with the skin - for any active conditions which the product is being used to treat, the solution and Hydrogel should be applied to the skin/eye/ear directly. It is absolutely safe for use on mucous membranes and any parts of the body.

  • The product should be stored properly - the solution has high stability and storage in normal room condition is recommended. Avoid areas with prolonged exposure to magnets and sunlight.

  • Reach out to Pets Truly's Support Team for guidance on conditions not listed below, please provide photographs for better assessment and recommendations.
